Also, thanks to our team’s extensive experience and connectivity at all levels in all facets of the industry (Regulators, ministry, MRO network, private operators, airlines, OEM representatives etc.), we are able to connect the off-shore clients to the right levels in the industry.

Utilizing highly skilled, professional, but Low Cost Manpower, we shall be in a position to offer quality services at a significantly lower cost – a concept which can be developed to compete against AMS providers in the developed world.

We can use our channels to source business from airlines in Indian and African market through our contacts at all levels in almost all of the airlines in these regions. With our industry contacts we can also prepare customer profile and advise of the risks involved in doing business based on financial and professional background of the client.

Our understanding of these markets; technical, contractual, sales, and customer support, can help meet your strategic need of growing 3rd party customer base in these markets and/or establish your footprint in these markets.

Engine maintenance costs typically forms 2/3rd of total maintenance cost of an aircraft, obviously this needs great attention as well thorough technical and commercial knowledge to take control of costs. Unfortunately, this is one area where airlines fail to keep the costs under control due lack of expertise in-house. We, at Rensar, have experts in this area and can provide complete fleet management encompassing:

  • On-wing fleet management
  • Engine maintenance provider selection and contract negotiations – this includes formulation of the RFP’s, invitation of bids, analysis of the bids, selection of the bidder and contract negotiation to enable the client in choosing the right service provider for their fleet.
  • We can fully support the clients during the shop visit of the engines where concise work-scoping will help in containing the costs as well as getting optimum life on wing/ meeting the return conditions stipulated in the lease agreement, the latter being an area where some of the airlines have lost millions of dollars to the Lessors.
  • We have on-rolls and tie ups with experts having many years of experience in airlines, manufacturing companies, OEM’s, MRO’s and leasing companies. We understand fully lease requirements and related issues on both sides i.e. Lessor’s as well as Lessee’s. This vast wealth of experience enables us to offer a worthy inspection of airplanes, engines, and a thorough and efficient review of the records.

We have access to Engineers (AME) having expertise in aircraft inspection with special focus on areas such as Structure, CPCP, SB/AD/Mod compliance and complete aircraft interior check, Engines (covering Boroscope, and if required full assistance and support during shop visits) and other inspections on aircraft systems/components. For this purpose we can also deputize our personnel during the major checks (routine or during lease return) to keep a close eye on the checks performed.

We have full expertise for any and all of your contractual needs related to:

  • Review existing maintenance contracts
  • Formulate RFP’s, inviting bids, bid analysis, negotiation and selction of service providers for maintenance contracts
  • Review and if required re-negotiation, existing contracts
